Well, Kylie has decided to come early. Our due date was Oct 15th, and our scheduled C-Section date was Oct 8th, but Kylie has decided to be born on Sunday October 3rd.
I woke up at 4am to my water breaking. Aunt Shirley was sweet to agree to come in the middle of the night - and we sure needed her.
We got to the hospital by 5:30am, and get settled in to a room by 8:30am. The next hour was spent trying to get the epidural to work (I considered that crucial!). Finally, it was time to go to the O/R. Dr. Keisha Dennard-Hall delivered little Kylie at 10:08am.
Little Kylie was 20 inches long and 8lbs 11 oz. Isn't she perfect?
